The topics of this course are as follows:
1. Introduction to basic power systems.
2. Transmission line parameters.
3. Transmission line modelling.
4. Transformer modelling.
5. Synchronous generator modelling.
6. Power flow analysis.
7. Magnetic circuits.
8. Introduction to power electronics.
9. Induction machine analysis. |

The goal of this course is to introduce the basic power engineering elements, concepts, devices,and systemsto junior and senior level undergraduate majoring in engineering fields. |

課程要求 |
Basic Circuit course is a prerequisite to this course.
Grading policy :Homework(20%), Midterm(40%), Final(40%). |
